This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): Ensure that Found is represented accurately and positively when self-employed business owners inquire about banking recommendations through AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. Lead both the strategy and content creation to achieve results.
• SEO: Manage the complete organic search strategy — including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, content briefs, and technical SEO collaboration — to enhance qualified organic traffic. Lead both the strategy and content creation to achieve results.
• Website & resource center: Enhance conversion rates by continually testing our brand messaging and creating content that persuades customers that Found is the optimal solution for their business.
• App Store Listing (ASO): Oversee and continuously enhance Found’s iOS and Android app store listings — including screenshots, descriptions, and keywords — to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
• Reviews, Ratings & Social Listening: Monitor and respond to reviews and social mentions across app stores, Trustpilot, and social media platforms, and relay recurring themes back to product and customer experience teams.
• Reddit & Community: Manage Found’s voice and presence on Reddit and similar communities where self-employed individuals seek banking and finance advice — engage authentically, correct misinformation, and build trust.
• Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate with the Growth team on new channel experimentation (e.g., LinkedIn) as opportunities arise.
• 8-10 years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or a related field, preferably within a consumer fintech, app-based, or subscription product environment.
• Direct experience with SEO — including keyword research, content optimization, and app store listing management.
• Comfort in operating within emerging channels like AEO / LLM search visibility, even in the absence of a defined playbook.
• Exceptional written communication skills and judgment; comfortable engaging directly and authentically in public and community forums.
• A hands-on approach to execution — this role involves both performing tasks and directing others.
• Strong collaborator across functions, working effectively with customer experience, growth, brand, and product teams.
• Data-informed: adept at extracting and interpreting performance data to prioritize tasks and report on outcomes.
