Product Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches and enhancements, overseeing everything from positioning to sales readiness and monitoring adoption.

• Establish product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation against identified category competitors.

• Create sales enablement materials such as battlecards, objection-handling guides, discovery frameworks, ROI/value narratives, and translating technical details into commercial insights for executive buyers.

• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to synchronize feedback, market trends, and the product roadmap.

• Conduct structured competitive and market analyses, converting findings into positioning and enablement strategies.

• Work alongside Growth Marketing to ensure campaigns are aligned with product objectives.

• Assist in crafting the commercial narrative behind webinars, case studies, and product content, while Growth Marketing leads execution and demand generation efforts.

• Evaluate launch success through metrics such as adoption rates, leads generated, and market feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or sales enablement.

• Proven track record in marketing complex or specialized software to expert buyers.

• In-depth understanding of go-to-market planning and sales enablement strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis, translating insights into actionable sales positioning.

• Comfortable operating in a technically complex domain with lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales cycles; backgrounds in regulated industries, engineering, or infrastructure software are highly preferred.

• History of influencing product roadmap and sales strategy beyond just producing marketing collateral.

• Familiarity with the aviation industry or other technical and regulated sectors is advantageous.
