This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for a portfolio of product initiatives, collaborating closely with a dedicated GTM Lead.
• This position combines strategic insight, customer understanding, and AI-enhanced execution to ensure each product initiative is launched with clarity, distinction, and measurable outcomes.
• Act as the voice of the market and customer, steering product direction and facilitating successful execution throughout the entire go-to-market lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the GTM Lead to support the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for assigned product initiatives.
• Manage positioning, messaging, and market insights that influence GTM strategy and execution.
• Work together to define success metrics (pipeline, adoption, expansion, usage) and contribute to achieving these goals.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on the product initiative across internal teams.
• Provide ongoing insights and recommendations to enhance initiative performance after launch.
• Work closely with the GTM Lead to ensure alignment on strategy, priorities, and execution plans for each product initiative.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to guarantee consistent and effective execution.
• Influence the product roadmap by presenting market, customer, and competitive insights.
• Support the development of integrated campaigns by ensuring messaging and positioning are clearly defined and actionable.
• Act as a liaison between teams to ensure that the voice of the customer and market is represented in GTM decisions.
• Create and deliver enablement that enhances deal velocity and win rates.
• Convert positioning into actionable sales narratives, objection handling, and competitive differentiation.
• Continuously collect feedback from Sales and refine enablement based on market effectiveness.
• Ensure all enablement activities align with the broader GTM strategy and campaign execution.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing within a B2B SaaS context.
• Exceptional positioning and storytelling abilities, translating product features into clear customer benefits.
• Proficient in generating and utilizing customer, market, and competitive insights to shape GTM strategy.
• Effective cross-functional collaborator and influencer, particularly in partnership with GTM Leads and Product teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, understanding the impact of messaging and enablement on pipeline and revenue.
• Experience in developing sales enablement resources that improve win rates and deal velocity.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, capable of delivering impactful enablement and influencing internal stakeholders.
• Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to assess impact and iterate based on outcomes.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance research, content creation, and execution while ensuring quality.
• Strong sense of ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced go-to-market environment.
