
Product Marketing Lead, Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of product marketing for the Billing product group.
• Report directly to the VP of Product Marketing.
• Develop customer and market insights through research, customer interactions, usage data, competitive analysis, and commercial feedback.
• Establish positioning, messaging, segmentation, proof points, and the product narrative.
• Oversee launches, commercial initiatives, and transformation programs from strategy to execution, including readiness, channel activation, adoption, advocacy, and learning.
• Create go-to-market strategies with clearly defined audiences, stakeholders, trade-offs, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Support on priorities, packaging, enablement, and customer outcomes.
• Provide commercial teams and partners with narratives, talking points, proof, and practical guidance.
• Integrate market insights into decisions regarding product, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Set objectives and metrics for adoption, retention, and commercial impact.
• Utilize data and opportunity sizing to offer actionable recommendations.
• Leverage AI for research, synthesis, analysis, competitive intelligence, workflow automation, and enhancing product marketing quality.
• Proven experience in successfully launching complex B2B, fintech, payments, billing, infrastructure, or platform products.
• History of leading impactful launches, migrations, packaging modifications, or commercial initiatives that yield measurable outcomes.
• Strong skills in customer discovery, segmentation, positioning, storytelling, and commercial judgment.
• Capability to link product specifics to outcomes such as growth, retention, efficiency, flexibility, and confidence.
• Comfortable engaging with technical, product, finance, operations, sales, solutions, support, and executive audiences.
• Experience in launches, enablement, adoption, change management, measurement, competitive analysis, and customer advocacy.
• Demonstrated use of AI, agents, or automation to enhance speed, quality, or insights.
• Authorization to work in the country where the position is posted, without the need for sponsorship.
