
Product Marketing Lead – Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of product marketing for the Billing product group.
• Report directly to the VP of Product Marketing.
• Gather customer and market insights through research, customer discussions, usage signals, competitive intelligence, and commercial feedback.
• Establish positioning, messaging, segmentation, proof points, and the overall product narrative.
• Lead impactful launches, commercial initiatives, and organizational change programs from initial strategy through to readiness, channel activation, adoption, advocacy, and learning.
• Develop focused go-to-market strategies with defined audiences, responsible parties, trade-offs, and performance measures.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Support teams to shape priorities, packaging, enablement, and customer outcomes.
• Provide Revenue Marketing, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Support, and partners with compelling narratives, communication tracks, evidence, and actionable guidance.
• Integrate competitive and market insights into product, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Set goals and metrics for customer adoption, retention, and commercial impact.
• Utilize data and opportunity assessments to identify business and customer prospects.
• Leverage AI to enhance research, synthesis, analysis, competitive intelligence, workflow automation, and the quality of product marketing.
• Create a more defined product narrative, a repeatable approach to launches and commercial changes, enhanced enablement, and clear visibility into adoption and business impact within the first year.
• Proven experience in successfully bringing complex B2B, fintech, payments, billing, infrastructure, or platform products to market.
• Background in leading high-impact launches, migrations, packaging adjustments, or commercial initiatives with quantifiable outcomes.
• Strong skills in customer discovery, segmentation, positioning, storytelling, and commercial judgment.
• Ability to link product specifics to outcomes such as growth, retention, efficiency, flexibility, and confidence.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical, product, finance, operations, sales, solutions, support, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in areas such as launches, enablement, adoption, change management, measurement, competitive insights, and customer advocacy.
• Demonstrated examples of utilizing AI, agents, or automation to enhance speed, quality, or insights.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country where this position is advertised, without the need for sponsorship.
