Product Marketing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the growth funnel strategy from start to finish, encompassing acquisition channel mix, landing pages/funnels, and app onboarding.

• Develop and prioritize the growth roadmap.

• Define and steer the experimentation roadmap, which includes A/B testing, messaging, UX, and funnel optimization.

• Establish testing priorities and standards for the broader team.

• Actively create and deploy landing pages, funnels, and experiments in collaboration with the team.

• Conduct market research and formulate go-to-market strategies for both new and existing markets.

• Determine where and how to scale operations.

• Guide and potentially oversee growth/marketing hires as the function expands.

• Create scalable processes for the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in leading or having senior-level ownership of Growth, Product Marketing, or a related growth function.

• B2C app experience is highly preferred.

• Significant experience in generating, prioritizing, and validating growth hypotheses via A/B testing, user research, interviews, and other experimentation techniques.

• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Mixpanel, Tableau, or similar.

• Comfortable managing dashboards and serving as the reference point for funnel performance.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among Product, User Acquisition, and Marketing teams.

• Able to navigate ambiguity and establish processes, systems, and team structures from the ground up in a dynamic environment.

• Strong understanding of user behavior and customer psychology.

• Ideally situated within the CET or EET time zone.
