πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take ownership of CreativeX's positioning and messaging. You'll shape how the market perceives CreativeX β€” not merely what the platform offers, but its significance and timeliness. You'll create messaging frameworks that cater to a diverse audience: Insights and Analytics teams focused on attribution and scalable learning applications, Marketers and Commercial leaders interested in revenue and growth, Media teams concentrated on campaign performance, and Content and Creative teams aiming to scale impactful ideas and produce effective assets.

β€’ Lead product launches that drive growth and engagement. You'll manage the entire launch process β€” from initial collaboration with Product and Engineering to go-to-market execution alongside Sales and Customer Experience β€” ensuring awareness, pipeline, sales, and adoption. Each launch will have a defined narrative, measurable objectives, and a strategy that translates product innovation into commercial success.

β€’ Transform competitive intelligence into a strategic advantage. Given the rapidly evolving market landscape, you'll establish and oversee a structured competitive intelligence program that equips Product and GTM teams with the necessary tools to succeed and stand out.

β€’ Facilitate growth through user-friendly content and tools. You'll design sales enablement materials β€” pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling guides, ROI frameworks β€” that enhance deal velocity and boost win rates. You'll create strong feedback loops with Sales to ensure that enablement is aligned with buyer inquiries and priorities.

β€’ Convert technical complexities into engaging narratives. CreativeX's platform features advanced capabilities β€” AI-driven creative scoring, large-scale quality measurement, and deep integrations within the digital media ecosystem. You'll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to grasp the innovations being developed, then articulate them in a way that resonates with both CMOs and marketing analysts, maintaining precision for both audiences.

β€’ Maintain high standards for content quality. Every piece produced by PMM β€” whether a launch blog post, an analyst briefing, or a competitive one-pager β€” should embody CreativeX's voice: clear, confident, and devoid of marketing jargon. You'll value craftsmanship.

β€’ Develop partner and co-marketing narratives. As CreativeX's partner ecosystem expands, you'll create positioning frameworks and co-marketing materials that highlight joint value with technology and platform partners, ensuring the business presents itself consistently and compellingly in partner contexts.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 8–10 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or go-to-market strategies, with significant time in startups and technology firms.

β€’ A portfolio showcasing high content standards: articulate writing, compelling narratives, and storytelling that captures attention in a competitive market.

β€’ Recent insights and expertise in utilizing AI to innovate aspects of the go-to-market and Product Marketing processes.

β€’ A natural aptitude for positioning and messaging, with experience in developing frameworks that resonate across complex, multi-persona audiences and lead to tangible commercial results.

β€’ A collaborative spirit β€” you foster trust with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Customers/Prospects, driving alignment without relying on positional authority.

β€’ Experience supporting an enterprise sales strategy for both new and existing customers. You know how to define and refine a buying process, understand the context for necessary content, and can provide materials that Sales consistently relies on.

β€’ A blend of technical curiosity and storytelling prowess. You can engage credibly with Product and Engineering regarding product functionalities and potentials while effectively communicating value and crafting compelling narratives across various formats, including videos, prototypes, slides, copy, Slack messages, Notion pages, demos, or events.

β€’ A proven history of competitive intelligence that is actionable. You've developed battlecards, utilized internal data, conducted win/loss analyses, and leveraged insights to enhance go-to-market strategies.

β€’ Comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty. You don’t always require all the answers upfront; you thrive in navigating challenges, learning quickly, and sharing insights on what strategies are effective or need adjustment.
