This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the positioning and packaging for ElevenLabs within government sectors.

• Expand the narrative across national and local government entities in the UK, as well as federal, state, and local governments in the US, along with public sector agencies throughout APAC, LATAM, and other regions.

• Center messaging around citizen outcomes, addressing areas such as non-emergency contact centers, benefits and eligibility, health and social services, as well as licensing and permitting.

• Position the solution to meet standards for accessibility, compliance, language requirements, security, and data residency mandates.

• Lead the creation of industry content, landing pages, and thought leadership articles.

• Establish yourself as the internal authority on conversational-agent capabilities and support messaging across various countries, regulatory environments, and simultaneous launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a product marketer who has successfully developed messaging for Government and Public Sector segments.

• Background in growth or product marketing, with experience in both preferred.

• Experience in selling or marketing across multiple public-sector segments.

• Technical knowledge sufficient to serve as an internal expert on conversational agents, including aspects like latency, telephony, tool calls, evaluations, and guardrails.

• Exceptional project management skills across various countries, regulatory frameworks, and simultaneous launches.

• Strong ability to take initiative and work independently from the outset.

• Commitment to learning and contributing while maintaining a humble approach.
