This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
β’ Take ownership of the product narrative for the Managed Business portfolio, encompassing hardware, software, management platforms, network gateway routers, managed switches, Wi-Fi appliances, and managed services.
β’ Identify product challenges, competitive strengths, market positioning, and team messaging.
β’ Determine target market segments, ideal customer profiles, personas, use cases, buying triggers, adoption challenges, decision-making criteria, and distinct messaging.
β’ Manage product launches from start to finish, including readiness benchmarks, cross-functional checklists, milestones, messaging, and launch materials.
β’ Oversee quarterly launch planning and execution as the chief product marketing contact for Product Line Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
β’ Incorporate feedback from customers, partners, and sales into the product roadmap's Concept and Validation stages.
β’ Develop and sustain sales toolkits, which include pitches, demo scripts, marketing collateral, partner enablement materials, FAQs, and release-specific assets.
β’ Enhance internal training for customer-facing teams on value propositions, use cases, buyer needs, objections, and competitive positioning.
β’ Coordinate with Product, Commercial Solutions, Segment Strategy, Sales, Support, Communications, and Demand Generation stakeholders to ensure successful release and field adoption.
β’ Collaborate with product leaders to shape the roadmap, work with sales to boost adoption, and partner with customer success to create enablement programs.
β’ Convert technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for managed service providers.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in marketing technology to or through managed service providers (MSPs), VARs, systems integrators, or comparable channel partner ecosystems.
β’ Extensive knowledge of managed services business models and partner-driven go-to-market strategies.
β’ Significant product marketing experience with a focus on positioning, messaging, launch strategy, sales enablement, use-case definition, and go-to-market execution.
β’ Demonstrated success in establishing credibility in a market where the company is a newcomer.
β’ Proven capability to lead intricate, cross-functional launches that involve product, sales, support, communications, partner, and demand generation teams.
β’ Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, including market feedback, concept development, validation, launch readiness, release communications, and feedback mechanisms.
β’ Proven experience in creating sales toolkits, demo narratives, competitive messaging, collateral, and partner-facing content.
β’ Ability to translate technical products and market insights into compelling business value and actionable field enablement.
β’ Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Strong analytical skills to synthesize market, customer, sales, and competitive data into clear recommendations.
β’ Willingness to accommodate occasional travel of up to 20%.
β’ Preferred: Experience in the Wi-Fi market across multi-family housing, hospitality, venues, and related property-based sectors.
β’ Preferred: Comprehensive understanding of property/enterprise Wi-Fi, networking, managed network services, and associated software and management solutions.
β’ Preferred: Experience leading product advisory inputs, launch councils, sales councils, or structured cross-functional readiness forums.
β’ Preferred: Experience driving organizational change necessary to introduce new products to unfamiliar markets.
