This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Take ownership of a product portfolio and drive success throughout the complete product marketing lifecycle, from discovery to launch, optimization, and iteration.
• Examine qualitative and quantitative user data to uncover patterns, identify friction points, and spot opportunities.
• Assist in the evolution of Shopper Voice and Customer Advocacy research initiatives.
• Integrate a Gen Z consumer viewpoint into problem framing, messaging, and evaluation of product experiences.
• Leverage AI tools to expedite insight generation and guide growth strategies and marketing plans.
• Establish product positioning and messaging based on behavioral data and user research.
• Create and implement go-to-market strategies across in-app interfaces, lifecycle messaging, and various marketing channels.
• Track post-launch adoption and engagement, identify potential risks, and explore opportunities for iteration.
• Design experiments, monitor outcomes, and adjust based on data insights.
• Partner with Product Managers and Marketing Communications to test, launch, and enhance products.
• Navigate through Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing teams to advance work initiatives.
• Adjust priorities in response to changing business needs.
• Contribute to team documentation to ensure insights and learnings are shared across teams.
• 0–2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Consumer Research, or a related domain; internships, co-ops, and academic projects are included.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort in working with qualitative feedback, behavioral data, and survey results.
• Exceptional communication abilities, with a knack for distilling complexity into clear insights or recommendations.
• A keen interest in AI tools and a desire to use them to enhance productivity.
• Experience with consumer-facing or mobile products.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies, NPS analysis, or customer interview processes.
• Experience in lifecycle messaging, in-product copy, or tools like Braze (or similar).
• A background in fintech, subscription services, or marketplace businesses.
• Proficient in analyzing qualitative and quantitative user data.
• Possess a Gen Z consumer perspective.
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing teams.
