This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take ownership of optimizing funnels across various traffic sources.
• Assess conversion rates at each stage, from Start to Paywall, Checkout, and Purchase.
• Conduct monetization experiments related to upsells, pricing strategies, and cancellation processes.
• Ensure that the product experience aligns with marketing commitments.
• Initiate and validate new sales funnels.
• Engage in initiatives aimed at increasing Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams for implementation support.
• Work with localized sales funnels.
• Assist in email and retargeting strategies from a product perspective.
• Execute market, competitor, and audience research to formulate growth hypotheses.
• At least 1 year of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Monetization.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge of funnel metrics and the subscription economy.
• Experience in managing paid traffic products.
• Proven experience in conducting A/B tests.
• Ability to formulate hypotheses and assess their impact.
• Proficiency in working with dashboards and conversion rate analysis.
• Familiarity with mobile subscription products is a plus.
• Experience with funnel builders is advantageous.
• Knowledge of pricing and geographical experiments is a plus.
• Experience in LTV modeling is a plus.
• Background in EdTech is an advantage.
• Mastery of any funnel builder is required.
• Proficiency in an A/B testing tool such as GrowthBook is necessary.
• Expertise in Tableau is required.
• Mastery of Figma, Airtable, and marketing intelligence tools like Bigspy and SensorTower is expected.
• Proficiency in email platforms like Reteno is required.
• Mastery of Microsoft Clarity is essential.
• Proficiency in Notion, Jira, and Slack is necessary.
• Expertise in AI tools for content and creative iteration is a must.
