This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement integrated digital marketing initiatives across various channels including paid search, paid social, display, email, affiliate, and other digital platforms.
• Formulate digital strategies that guide B2B prospects through the stages of awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
• Collaborate with creative, media, sales, product, programming, and agency teams to create campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
• Generate and refine digital content and messaging that conveys the value proposition of DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS to commercial clients.
• Develop A/B and multivariate testing plans to enhance messaging, offers, and channel combinations.
• Manage relationships across various functions including Product, Sales, Care, Analytics, Creative, Legal, and Finance.
• Oversee project timelines, manage interdependencies, and address any obstacles.
• Report on campaign status, outcomes, and risks to leadership while integrating their feedback.
• Independently manage smaller projects and contribute significantly to larger organizational efforts.
• Evaluate campaign performance and attribution using data analytics to track KPIs, pinpoint opportunities, boost conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, UTM tracking, conversion tracking, pixels, dashboards, marketing automation, and other analytics platforms.
• Implement testing best practices to validate ideas and replicate successful strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert in product marketing.
• Establish and document best practices for the wider marketing team.
• Guide, mentor, and coach less experienced team members.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing is required.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing is preferred.
• Experience in telecommunications, media, sports, entertainment, B2B, or similar high-volume consumer sectors is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage intricate, cross-functional projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting to leadership.
• Proficient in customer segmentation, targeting, and A/B/multivariate testing techniques.
• Preferred background in telecom, subscription services, or related consumer-facing sectors.
• Familiar with strategies for churn reduction, retention, and ARPU growth.
• Experience in mentoring or informally leading junior team members is a plus.
• Project management certification or equivalent experience, such as Agile/Scrum knowledge.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on execution.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Analytical rigor combined with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Background check may be necessary due to regular access to proprietary customer data.

• Must reside in the United States, excluding Alaska.
