This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with real users from the outset and rapidly iterate through short feedback cycles.
• Act as a vital link between the Go-To-Market (GTM) and engineering teams.
• Navigate through uncertainty and make significant decisions to deliver polished features quickly.
• Convert industry insights into streamlined, scalable user experiences that minimize manual effort.
• Team up with engineering groups to integrate intelligence into workflow processes.
• Assess adoption, usage, and overall impact, and refine based on the findings.
• Collaborate with GTM teams on pilot launches, beta versions, and expansion into new product lines.
• Transform commercial needs into product specifications and vice versa.
• A minimum of 5 years in product management, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS.
• Strong preference for experience in insurtech, fintech, or enterprise workflow software.
• Practical experience collaborating with engineering teams to develop AI products.
• Comfortable discussing AI output evaluation and designing features that foster trust in AI recommendations.
• Regular, proficient use of AI tools for research, writing, and synthesis.
• Excellent product writing skills and the ability to clearly communicate product rationale in documentation, Slack, and discussions with enterprise clients.
• Strong UX instincts with a talent for simplifying complex processes.
• Effective communication, swift execution, and robust cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in engaging with users to understand real-world challenges and design effective solutions.
• Direct experience with or closely associated with a retail broker, wholesaler, or Managing General Agent (MGA) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of commercial Property & Casualty lines or Employee Benefits is a plus.
• Experience in developing document-processing or workflow automation tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL or basic data analysis is advantageous.
• Prior experience in Series A–C startups is a plus.
