This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish product features, platform standards, and governance for the Adobe Experience Manager website system at Stanford Health Care.
• Convert institutional and user requirements into product specifications, use cases, workflows, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Take ownership of the design system, component library, delivery standards, and documented exception processes across consistent and customized web experiences.
• Evaluate web properties for compliance with the design system and identify areas for remediation or system evolution.
• Serve as a liaison among engineering, content, design, marketing, legal, privacy, compliance, and accessibility stakeholders.
• Articulate platform capabilities, limitations, constraints, trade-offs, and roadmap priorities.
• Integrate regulatory, ADA/WCAG, privacy, and institutional requirements into production workflows and compliance checkpoints.
• Lead comprehensive delivery of website features and enhancements through agile development practices, including standups, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
• Collaborate with technical development, programming, and QA teams; oversee project progress, address issues, and report on project velocity.
• Create AEM experiences with digital designers and internal digital teams; incorporate testing, usability studies, research, and market analysis.
• Set KPIs, analyze site metrics and user feedback, and create dashboards and reports.
• Plan A/B and multivariate testing and suggest product optimizations.
• Collaborate on SEO best practices and recommendations regarding healthcare information search and consumption.
• BA/BS or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
• Six years of progressive experience in product management or related web/digital platform roles, including complete feature enhancement delivery.
• Three years of practical experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), focusing on component architecture and design system governance.
• Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or environments with strict compliance and accessibility standards.
• Proven experience managing a design system and/or component library across various teams or stakeholders.
• Exceptional skills in technical communication, presentation, requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of design systems, component-based architecture, governance frameworks, and AEM templates, components, workflows, and permissions models.
• Understanding of web application and content management system architectures.
• Familiarity with compliance, data privacy, and accessibility regulations, including ADA/WCAG/Section 508.
• Advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS, along with an understanding of front-end development principles related to AEM components and templates.
• Expertise in traditional and agile product development and project management methodologies, such as SCRUM.
• Proven ability to understand analytics tools and holistic SEO; capacity to utilize tools such as BrightEdge.
• Experience in establishing, documenting, and enforcing governance and exception processes across distributed teams.
• Knowledge of customer journey mapping and user-centric design principles.
• Capability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, build consensus, and collaborate across departments without direct authority.
• Preferred: experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, healthcare digital ecosystems such as Epic/MyChart, AI-driven personalization, emerging web technologies, and extensive web platform governance documentation.
• Candidates are expected to adopt and implement Stanford Health Care's C-I-CARE standards.
• Benefitted fixed-term position.
• Base pay ranging from $55.85 to $74.00 per hour.
