Product Manager, Subscriptions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the front-end user experience, encompassing signup, account creation, and ongoing management.

• Develop and refine subscription management, engagement, and retention strategies.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to make data-driven product decisions and ensure effective execution.

• Lead the establishment of build and testing milestones prior to the external launch.

• Enhance post-launch conversion rates, segment targeting, and expansion into new acquisition channels.

• Partner in developing a go-to-market strategy that emphasizes conversion, retention, and growth.

• Work alongside Legal, Compliance, Risk, Customer Operations, Marketing, and various cross-functional collaborators.

• Implement experiences that are clear, compliant, and scalable operationally.

• Oversee the development, testing, and readiness milestones prior to launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in product management, preferably with consumer-facing products.

• Direct experience with subscription products, covering acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.

• A background in fintech or finance products at a large scale.

• Proven track record of independently shipping products in a startup or smaller company environment.

• Strong product judgment skills.

• Ability to balance customer experience, business impact, regulatory needs, and technical complexities.

• Demonstrated drive and proactivity.

• High level of ownership and initiative.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative setting.

• Currently authorized to legally work in the United States.

• Capability to work without requiring employment-based immigration sponsorship.
