Product Manager, Stablecoin, Digital Assets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the roadmap for Jeeves' stablecoin product, encompassing blockchain infrastructure, supported stablecoins, and payment and treasury integrations.

• Develop institutional-grade frameworks that simplify blockchain complexity while maintaining speed and cost efficiency.

• Lead the product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch in collaboration with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams.

• Create products for sending, receiving, converting, and holding stablecoins alongside fiat across various currencies and corridors.

• Design intuitive on/off-ramp flows.

• Ensure seamless interoperability with fiat systems such as ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, and SPEI.

• Navigate regulations pertaining to US state licensing, MiCA, and crypto regulations in Latin America.

• Integrate AML/KYC, Travel Rule, and transaction monitoring requirements into the products.

• Assess wallet infrastructure, custodians, and key management solutions.

• Manage relationships with stablecoin issuers, liquidity providers, custodians, and banking partners.

• Empower Sales and Customer Success teams to effectively position stablecoin products and secure deals with CFOs and treasury departments.

• Deliver, measure, and refine products using adoption metrics, data analysis, and business impact evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of product management experience at a stablecoin infrastructure provider, cryptocurrency exchange, cross-border payments company, or fintech leveraging blockchain technology.

• Profound knowledge of stablecoin mechanics, including issuance and redemption processes, reserve models, on-chain settlement, ecosystem dynamics, and their interactions with treasury flows and foreign exchange.

• Robust understanding of fiat payment systems such as ACH, wire transfers, RTP, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, and SPEI.

• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, including EVM chains, Solana, Layer 2 solutions, wallet design, key management, and custody practices.

• Capability to engage with engineers regarding API documentation and system architecture.

• Regulatory expertise in AML/KYC frameworks, Travel Rule, MiCA regulations, and compliance requirements at the state and jurisdictional level in the US.

• Proficiency in SQL, dashboard creation, and developing data-informed business cases.

• Outstanding written communication skills for drafting strategy documents and product specifications.

• Proven experience in overseeing complex, regulated financial products from initial concept to large-scale production (strongly preferred).

• Established connections with stablecoin issuers, custodians, liquidity providers, or regulatory bodies (strongly preferred).

• Experience with multi-market products catering to customers in Latin America, the US, and/or Europe (strongly preferred).

• Knowledge of developer platforms, API design, and ecosystem-focused products (strongly preferred).

• Background in traditional payments or banking sectors (strongly preferred).
