This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee essential digital products that facilitate infrastructure and platform capabilities, ensuring a strategic focus and ongoing progress on the roadmap.
• Establish and track product metrics, encompassing standards adoption, stability, performance, and the reduction of technical debt.
• Convert technical advancements into executive reports that underscore business impact and efficiency for stakeholders and leadership.
• Act as a subject-matter authority on the challenges and requirements of users and peer teams.
• Lead alignment and brainstorming sessions to suggest scalable solutions.
• Explore and manage experiments related to foundational architecture concepts, standards, and tools.
• Record and disseminate insights to promote the healthy development of the ecosystem.
• Function as a liaison between organizational requirements and development teams.
• Coordinate dependencies across various areas to facilitate the technical decoupling of systems.
• Direct agile ceremonies and prioritization processes in collaboration with the engineering team.
• A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related technology area.
• Prior experience as a PM/PO throughout the lifecycle of technical products, such as platforms, APIs, or infrastructure.
• In-depth understanding of software architecture, cybersecurity, and the software development lifecycle, with the capability to utilize metrics and telemetry—including adoption, performance, and stability data—to guide decision-making.
• Expertise in agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, complemented by strong planning skills to balance long-term foundational projects with short-term, ad hoc requests.
• Capability to cultivate robust relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, enhancing team maturity through mentoring and documentation while simplifying complex topics into understandable presentations.
• An analytical and curious mindset, with the ability to question the status quo and ensure a roadmap concentrated on tangible business impact.
• Preferred: Previous involvement in large-scale technology migration or re-architecture initiatives.
