This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Take ownership of Live Classes, transforming the existing concept into a scalable product that delivers a perfect user experience.
• Manage the format, scheduling, instructors, pricing and packaging, in-class experience, and the pathway from classes to business adoption.
• Continue experimenting with study groups to pinpoint the most effective version.
• Test social features such as the activity feed, reactions, friend streaks, and various community aspects.
• Assist learners in sharing their progress and achievements outside the platform to attract new users.
• Organize and execute community events in collaboration with the Engagement team, including the Advent of Cyber.
• Conduct product discovery sessions with learners, instructors, and business clients.
• Analyze behavioral data to understand what motivates participation in Live Classes.
• Establish the vision and strategy for Social, positioning Live Classes at the forefront.
• Develop the business model for Live Classes and take responsibility for meeting associated revenue targets.
• Design and implement A/B tests and lightweight concept evaluations across social and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Engagement team to align on common objectives.
• Represent Social in roadmap discussions and work together with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Content teams.
• Partner with B2B teams to enhance awareness and adoption of the Business product through Live Classes.
• Over 3 years of product management experience in SaaS or consumer software.
• Proven history of launching new initiatives and successfully developing them into widely used products.
• Experience with elements that have a direct influence on revenue, including pricing, packaging, monetization, or conversion.
• Strong analytical skills: capable of setting up measurements, interpreting funnels, and making data-driven decisions.
• Background in user research and managing features from concept through to launch and iteration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to provide clear insights on complex challenges.
• High agency, a fast-paced work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for developing products in the cyber security education sector.
• Nice to have: background in community, social, creator, live, or cohort-based products.
• Nice to have: knowledge of growth loops, vitality, or referral strategies.
• Nice to have: experience in B2B or product-led growth environments.
• Nice to have: experience in the EdTech sector.
• Nice to have: interest in cyber security.
• Must be available for at least 4 hours of overlap with the UK timezone (8am–6pm).
