This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Establish connections with both technical and non-technical teams, including Sales, Integrated Tech Services, Operations, and Finance, to ensure alignment of objectives and priorities.
• Demonstrate and present capabilities at all levels of the organization, including C-suite executives.
• Set and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of product initiatives against business goals.
• Implement hypothesis-driven feature development.
• Formulate and communicate product roadmaps that align with company goals and market trends.
• Transform roadmaps into actionable strategies aimed at enhancing product growth and innovation.
• Define and uphold persona-based journey maps.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Perform market research and user interviews to uncover customer needs and validate product hypotheses.
• Direct the strategic vision for the Professional Services domain and synchronize release planning with agile teams.
• Organize and implement Program Increments (PIs).
• Develop and sustain feature backlogs, WSJF, sprint plans, and release notes.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and product owners to create scalable solutions that meet both customer and technical requirements.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Over 3 years of experience in Product Management, Professional Services, or Technology.
• Demonstrated success in managing products from concept to launch in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Experience in professional or managed services is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Ability to convey detailed information at a high level.
• Capacity to manage conflicting priorities and adhere to prioritized deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly with PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to present data to stakeholders for comprehensive scenario understanding.
• Record of identifying process enhancements and providing recommendations.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, Certinia PSA, and Lucidchart is advantageous.
• Preferred: Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, Professional Services, or Technology.
• Annual bonus target of 10% subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
