Product Manager – Proxy Account Opening

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Drive and contribute to the Proxy Account Opening roadmap encompassing deposits, brokerage, credit cards, and associated products.

• Collaborate closely with enterprise delivery teams to ensure the execution of crucial projects and deliver exceptional client experiences.

• Oversee product owners in day-to-day Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) operations.

• Establish product roadmaps that are in line with the strategic vision.

• Grasp market trends, business goals, and customer segments to formulate product solutions.

• Create workflows, process maps, and data flows to accurately document product requirements.

• Prioritize feature rollouts to enhance business outcomes.

• Guide product owners, designers, and solution architects in delineating product requirements.

• Assist in operational readiness activities, which include documentation, training, and staffing.

• Evaluate business metrics and customer feedback to enhance product performance.

• Conduct user acceptance testing.

• Gather customer feedback and identify pain points.

• Report on project status, roadmaps, features, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in building and managing technical products.

• In-depth understanding of product discovery, product lifecycle, and SDLC methodologies.

• Proficient in communicating with subject matter experts across business, technology, analytics, risk, and operations.

• Experience in an agile/scrum work environment.

• Familiarity with issue and development tracking tools like Microsoft DevOps or Jira.

• Knowledge of KYC, KYB, and other identity verification and fraud prevention solutions.

• Strategic and tactical thinking capabilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

• Skill in building consensus amidst varying opinions and priorities.

• Capability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Successful completion of credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana testing.

• Must meet U.S. employment eligibility verification requirements.
