This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Act as the main point of contact and strategic representative between Product and designated business segments, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Convey product vision, roadmap, releases, progress, and results to segment leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with segment leaders to recognize business challenges, opportunities, market demands, and differentiation requirements.
• Transform stakeholder and partner feedback into actionable insights.
• Represent segment and partner strategies in planning and prioritization discussions.
• Assist in execution planning, launch readiness, and market introduction activities.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of assigned segment and partner nuances to pinpoint opportunities and guide product direction.
• Lead cross-team issue resolution and facilitate timely escalations.
• Represent Product in cross-business line and segment initiatives.
• Build and sustain relationships with internal leaders and external partners.
• Develop and coordinate business cases and opportunity documents that align with outcomes, success measures, and OKRs.
• Offer guidance on intake requirements, prioritization, and governance paths.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Relationship Managers, and product leaders to differentiate segment-specific needs from enterprise opportunities.
• Create and maintain product definitions, positioning, packaging, and supporting materials.
• Monitor industry and competitor activities and compile competitive intelligence.
• Analyze offerings and packaging to formulate recommendations for roadmap, packaging, and positioning decisions.
• Coordinate efforts with Product, Technology, Client Services, Marketing, Sales, and other teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, program management, product operations, or roles that engage with segments or partners.
• Proven success in effectively working within cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Experience in developing business cases, opportunity documents, or strategic proposals linked to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in analyzing products, packaging, and competitive offerings while delivering clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Sufficient industry and domain knowledge to engage credibly with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to convert complex product concepts into clear business messaging and stakeholder-ready materials.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to connect insights to outcomes and performance measures.
• Exceptional planning, organizational, and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Proven ability to foster relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority.
