
Product Manager – Peer-to-Peer Events

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take charge of P2P Events within the wider Peer-to-Peer product portfolio.
• Transform customer insights, market data, and business context into a coherent product thesis and a structured roadmap.
• Select a specific target segment and define the event scenario.
• Determine which functionalities should be part of the shared P2P foundation as opposed to an Events-specific model.
• Clearly articulate assumptions, success metrics, scope, risks, and product-related decisions.
• Collaborate with nonprofit event teams, participants, design partners, and internal GTM teams.
• Validate choices through interviews, workflow mapping, prototypes, and actual product usage.
• Address challenges related to registration, teams and captains, attribution and reporting, event operations, participant communication, and CRM integrations.
• Manage the product from problem identification through requirements gathering, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Draft requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and decision documentation.
• Make scope and trade-off decisions alongside Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, and QA teams.
• Launch and learn through Early Access Programs (EAPs) with well-defined entry criteria, success metrics, readiness requirements, and areas deemed out-of-scope.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success Management (CSM), and Support on positioning, customer commitments, enablement, and competitive analysis.
• Link product evidence to adoption, expansion, pipeline growth, retention, and Gross Payment Volume (GPV).
• Leverage AI for research synthesis, prototyping, specification quality, data exploration, and operational automation.
• 4–7 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a software product organization.
• Full ownership of a customer-facing product area in collaboration with Engineering and Design.
• Strong judgment in narrowing down a broad problem space to a targeted release while clearly explaining the trade-offs involved.
• Proven experience in transforming customer insights and product data into informed decisions.
• Exceptional written communication skills covering requirements, edge cases, metrics, and decision documentation.
• Capability to navigate multi-actor workflows, permissions, states, and data interrelations.
• High level of ownership and independence, with proficient written and spoken English.
• Fluent in Russian and English (C1+ proficiency).
• Strong plus: Experience with B2B SaaS, fundraising, payments, registration, events, community, or other multi-sided products.
• Strong plus: Experience in launching a new product area via beta or EAP.
• Strong plus: Familiarity with CRM integrations, reporting, transaction attribution, analytics, or SQL.
• Strong plus: Practical application of AI for research, prototyping, analysis, or product operations.
