This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Transform customer research, market insights, and business context into a well-defined product thesis and a structured roadmap.
• Identify a specific target segment and event scenario.
• Determine which capabilities should reside in the shared P2P foundation versus those pertinent to an Events-specific model.
• Lead discovery initiatives with nonprofit event teams, participants, design partners, and internal GTM teams.
• Validate choices through interviews, workflow mapping, prototypes, and real product usage.
• Shape aspects of registration, teams and captains, attribution and reporting, event operations, participant communication, and CRM integrations.
• Take ownership of the product from problem definition through to requirements, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Draft requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and decision records.
• Make scope and trade-off decisions in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, and QA.
• Ensure the product progresses from simpler events to sophisticated team structures, event series, and operational workflows.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and unresolved decisions at an early stage.
• Launch and learn through Early Access Programs (EAPs).
• Assess organizational event success, participant activation, fundraising, and return usage.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success Management (CSM), and Support on positioning, commitments, enablement, and competitive context.
• Link product evidence to adoption, expansion, pipeline, retention, and GPV.
• Convert evidence into actionable recommendations to iterate, expand, change direction, or cease initiatives.
• Utilize AI for research synthesis, prototyping, specification quality, data exploration, and operational automation.
• Create testable artifacts swiftly without delegating product judgment.
• 4–7 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a software product organization.
• Comprehensive ownership of a customer-facing product area alongside Engineering and Design teams.
• Strong ability to distill a large problem space into a focused release and articulate trade-offs effectively.
• Proven experience in translating customer insights and product data into informed decisions.
• Excellent written communication skills across requirements, edge cases, metrics, and decision records.
• Capability to navigate multi-actor workflows, permissions, states, and data relationships.
• High level of ownership and independence.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Fluent in Russian and English (C1+ proficiency).
