This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Take charge of P2P Events within the larger Peer-to-Peer product line.
• Transform customer research, market data, and business insights into a product thesis and organized roadmap.
• Select a targeted audience segment and event scenario.
• Determine which capabilities should be included in the shared P2P foundation versus an Events-specific model.
• Lead discovery efforts through interviews, workflow mapping, prototypes, and real product usage.
• Collaborate with nonprofit event teams, participants, design partners, and internal GTM teams.
• Address challenges related to registration, teams and captains, attribution and reporting, event operations, participant communication, and CRM integrations.
• Oversee the product from problem identification through requirements gathering, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Draft requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and decision records.
• Make scope and trade-off decisions in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, and QA.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and unresolved decisions early in the process.
• Launch and learn via EAPs with clearly defined criteria and success measures.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, CSM, and Support for positioning, customer commitments, enablement, and competitive analysis.
• Link product evidence to adoption, expansion, pipeline, retention, and GPV.
• Utilize AI for research synthesis, prototyping, specification quality, data exploration, and operational automation.
• 4–7 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a software product environment.
• Complete ownership of a customer-facing product area in collaboration with Engineering and Design.
• Strong capability to distill a vast problem space into a focused release and articulate trade-offs effectively.
• Proven experience in converting customer insights and product data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent written communication skills covering requirements, edge cases, metrics, and decision records.
• Proficiency in managing multi-actor workflows, permissions, states, and data relationships.
• High degree of ownership and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Russian and English (C1+).
• Strong advantage: experience in B2B SaaS, fundraising, payments, registration, events, community, or other multi-sided products.
• Strong advantage: experience in launching a new product area through beta or EAP.
• Strong advantage: familiarity with CRM integrations, reporting, transaction attribution, analytics, or SQL.
• Strong advantage: practical application of AI for research, prototyping, analysis, or product operations.
