This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.
• Take ownership of P2P Events within the wider Peer-to-Peer product line.
• Transform customer insights, market data, and business context into a product thesis and a structured roadmap.
• Select a specific target segment and event scenario.
• Determine which capabilities should be included in the shared P2P foundation versus those specific to Events.
• Maintain transparency around assumptions, success metrics, scope, risks, and product decisions.
• Collaborate with nonprofit event teams, participants, design partners, and internal go-to-market teams.
• Validate decisions through interviews, workflow mapping, prototypes, and real product usage.
• Influence registration processes, team and captain organization, attribution and reporting, event operations, participant communication, and CRM integrations.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from problem identification through requirements gathering, delivery, launch, and iterations.
• Draft requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and decision records.
• Make scope and trade-off decisions in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, and QA teams.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and unresolved decisions at an early stage.
• Implement and learn from Early Adopter Programs (EAPs) with defined criteria, success measures, readiness requirements, and out-of-scope areas.
• Evaluate organizational event success and participant activation, fundraising, and retention behaviors.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success Management, and Support teams on positioning, commitments, enablement, and competitive landscape.
• Link product evidence to adoption, expansion, pipeline, retention, and Gross Payment Volume (GPV).
• Leverage AI for research synthesis, prototyping, specification quality, data exploration, and operational automation.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a software product company.
• Complete ownership of a customer-facing product area in collaboration with Engineering and Design teams.
• Strong ability to distill a broad problem space into a focused release while clearly articulating trade-offs.
• Proven experience in translating customer insights and product data into informed decisions.
• Exceptional written communication skills covering requirements, edge cases, metrics, and decision records.
• Capability to manage multi-actor workflows, permissions, states, and data relationships effectively.
• High level of ownership and independence.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Fluent in Russian and English (C1+ level).
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fundraising, payments, registration, events, community, or other multi-sided products is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with launching new product areas via beta or Early Adopter Programs (EAP) is a significant asset.
• Knowledge of CRM integrations, reporting, transaction attribution, analytics, or SQL is a strong plus.
• Practical experience utilizing AI for research, prototyping, analysis, or product operations is a strong advantage.
