This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Take ownership of P2P Events within the wider Peer-to-Peer product line.
• Transform customer research, market insights, and business context into a well-defined product thesis and organized roadmap.
• Identify a specific target segment and event scenario.
• Determine which capabilities should reside in the shared P2P foundation versus those specific to Events.
• Collaborate with nonprofit event teams, participants, design partners, and internal GTM teams.
• Validate decisions through interviews, workflow mapping, prototypes, and actual product usage.
• Define registration processes, teams and captains, attribution and reporting, event operations, participant communication, and CRM integrations.
• Manage the product lifecycle from problem definition through requirements gathering, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Draft requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and decision records.
• Make scope and trade-off decisions in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, and QA.
• Launch and learn through Early Access Programs (EAPs) with established criteria and success metrics.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success Management (CSM), and Support to ensure proper positioning, commitments, enablement, and competitive awareness.
• Link product evidence to adoption, expansion, pipeline growth, retention, and Gross Payment Volume (GPV).
• Utilize AI for research synthesis, prototyping, specification quality, data analysis, and operational automation.
• 4–7 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a software product organization.
• Comprehensive ownership of a customer-facing product area, collaborating closely with Engineering and Design.
• Strong analytical skills to narrow down a broad problem space to a targeted release while articulating trade-offs.
• Proven ability to convert customer feedback and product data into actionable decisions.
• Exceptional written communication skills across requirements, edge cases, metrics, and decision documentation.
• Proficient in managing multi-actor workflows, permissions, states, and data relationships.
• Demonstrated high level of ownership and independence, with excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fundraising, payments, registration, events, community engagement, or other multi-sided products.
• Proven track record of launching a new product area through beta testing or EAP.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations, reporting, transaction attribution, analytics, or SQL.
• Practical experience utilizing AI for research, prototyping, analysis, or product operations.
• Fluent in both Russian and English (C1+ proficiency).
