
Product Manager β Peer-to-Peer Events

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
β’ Take charge of P2P Events within the wider Peer-to-Peer product range of Fundraise Up.
β’ Transform customer insights, market data, and business context into a cohesive product thesis and a structured roadmap.
β’ Select a targeted segment and event scenario to focus on.
β’ Determine which functionalities should be included in the shared P2P foundation versus those specific to Events.
β’ Keep assumptions, success metrics, scope, risks, and product decisions clearly defined.
β’ Collaborate with nonprofit event teams, participants, design partners, and internal go-to-market teams.
β’ Validate decisions through interviews, workflow mapping, prototypes, and actual product usage.
β’ Influence registration processes, team structures, captain roles, attribution and reporting, event operations, participant communications, and CRM integrations.
β’ Oversee the product from defining the problem through to requirements, delivery, launch, and iterative improvements.
β’ Document requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and decision records.
β’ Make decisions regarding scope and trade-offs in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, and QA teams.
β’ Identify dependencies, risks, and unresolved decisions at an early stage.
β’ Implement a launch-and-learn approach through Early Access Programs (EAPs).
β’ Assess organizational success, participant engagement, fundraising outcomes, and retention metrics.
β’ Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success Management (CSM), and Support on positioning, commitments, enablement, and competitive landscape.
β’ Link product evidence to adoption rates, expansion, pipeline growth, retention, and Gross Payment Volume (GPV).
β’ Utilize AI for research synthesis, prototyping, specification quality, data exploration, and operational automation.
β’ 4β7 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a software product organization.
β’ Full ownership of a customer-facing product area in collaboration with Engineering and Design teams.
β’ Strong ability to distill a broad problem space into a focused release while clearly communicating trade-offs.
β’ Proven experience in making decisions based on customer evidence and product data.
β’ Exceptional written communication skills across requirements, edge cases, metrics, and decision records.
β’ Capability to navigate multi-actor workflows, permissions, states, and data relationships.
β’ High level of ownership and independence.
β’ Proficient in written and spoken English.
β’ Fluent in Russian and English (C1+ level).
β’ Strong advantage: experience in B2B SaaS, fundraising, payments, registration, events, community, or other multi-faceted products.
β’ Strong advantage: experience in launching a new product area via beta testing or Early Access Programs.
β’ Strong advantage: knowledge of CRM integrations, reporting, transaction attribution, analytics, or SQL.
β’ Strong advantage: practical experience with AI in research, prototyping, analysis, or product operations.
