This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and prioritize the product roadmap, taking into account customer impact, business value, and regulatory risks.

• Drive the advancement of the Payroll product along with its integration into other HCM modules.

• Develop a comprehensive view of the HR journey and pinpoint opportunities for product integration and improvement.

• Convert labor and tax regulations into concise, testable product requirements.

• Generate specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for highly intricate features.

• Lead user and customer discovery sessions to uncover pain points and opportunities.

• Monitor product metrics, adoption rates, error logs, ticket data, and user experience metrics.

• Leverage data and evidence to inform decision-making and prioritization.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, Compliance, and business teams.

• Manage interdependencies and ensure alignment with regulatory changes.

• Communicate decisions, risks, and trade-offs effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Assist Support and Customer Success teams in addressing complex issues.

• Contribute to the creation of a cohesive product experience throughout the employee journey.


⛳️ Requirements

• Robust experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, HRTech, ERP, fintech, or similarly complex environments.

• Proven track record in developing and prioritizing product roadmaps.

• Systems-level product thinking with the ability to comprehend journeys and integrations across various modules.

• Experience in discovery processes, requirement definition, and product evolution.

• Capability to create specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex workflows.

• Familiarity with Brazilian labor and tax regulations, or the ability to quickly adapt to this area.

• Strong analytical skills, including basic knowledge of SQL and/or BI tools.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Data teams in agile settings.

• Autonomy, prioritization capabilities, and sound decision-making in complex situations.

• Nice to have: experience with HCM, HRTech, or HR systems; familiarity with Payroll and HR administration processes; knowledge of eSocial, INSS, IRRF, FGTS, and collective bargaining agreements; experience with Core HR, Onboarding, Time and Attendance, Benefits, Leave, and Offboarding modules; experience with products integrated with accounting systems or ERPs; experience with business-critical products or regulated environments; experience with products featuring multiple modules and integrations; experience in designing end-to-end product journeys.
