This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish, prioritize, and execute partner integrations across the Empower and Exchange platforms.
• Take ownership of product strategy and the execution of the roadmap for designated partner integrations.
• Assess market trends, customer feedback, partner needs, and internal business requirements to set priorities and allocate investment resources.
• Create business cases, gather requirements, and determine success metrics for new integration initiatives.
• Relay roadmap updates, potential risks, dependencies, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Act as Product Owner for designated integrations and enhancement projects.
• Collect and document business requirements.
• Write Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and related documentation.
• Facilitate functional reviews, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder assessments.
• Prioritize tasks while considering technical dependencies and available resources.
• Assist development and quality assurance teams throughout the software delivery process.
• Cultivate relationships with vendors, strategic partners, and third-party service providers.
• Oversee partner onboarding and ensure preparedness for implementation and support teams.
• Define scalable integration needs and reusable implementation strategies.
• Support the governance and productization of integration configurations across Empower and Exchange.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities, APIs, security, and integration frameworks.
• Advocate for reduced custom solutions through standardization and reusable product functionalities.
• Work closely with Client Success, Professional Services, Support, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships teams.
• Assist in client escalations that require product analysis and guidance.
• Provide integration support to implementation teams, including configuration requirements and product expertise.
• Share product updates with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to client-facing documentation, implementation manuals, release notifications, and training materials.
• Track integration adoption, usage, quality, and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to streamline implementation efforts, enhance onboarding efficiency, and improve client satisfaction.
• Maintain awareness of backlog health, project progression, risks, and dependencies.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure that work is properly documented, monitored, and managed throughout the product delivery process.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Integration Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing software products, APIs, SaaS platforms, or third-party integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into product specifications and actionable development tasks.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Established capability to manage competing priorities and complex stakeholder relationships.
