πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take ownership of and manage product roadmaps that are aligned with the broader product strategy of Activate Group.

β€’ Establish and prioritize product requirements based on OEM compliance demands, industry trends, and organizational objectives.

β€’ Foster and sustain relationships with OEM partners, including BMW & MINI UK, McLaren, Volkswagen Group, and Toyota.

β€’ Collect customer feedback and pinpoint opportunities for product enhancement.

β€’ Serve as the customer advocate within the organization.

β€’ Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Activate Group and Avant Consult.

β€’ Work alongside the Head of Product and development teams to convert roadmap priorities into actionable features, user stories, and deliverables.

β€’ Ensure that delivery teams comprehend the rationale behind product decisions.

β€’ Collaborate with QA, UX/UI, and data teams to guarantee that products are of high quality, user-friendly, and measurable.

β€’ Keep track of trends related to automotive, OEM compliance, and total loss.

β€’ Identify and assess opportunities for automation and data-driven product improvements.

β€’ Establish and monitor key product metrics.

β€’ Contribute to the development of best practices in product management processes, tools, and reporting.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in product management, preferably in the automotive, OEM, SaaS, or technology sectors.

β€’ A history of successfully delivering products from inception to market.

β€’ Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement abilities, including managing relationships with major corporate partners.

β€’ Exceptional communication skills with the capability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

β€’ Experience collaborating closely with software development teams in an Agile setting.

β€’ Familiarity with contemporary UX/UI practices.

β€’ Knowledge of or experience in the automotive or OEM industry is a plus but not mandatory.

β€’ Experience with compliance, auditing, or total loss processes is advantageous but not essential.
