Product Manager – OEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage product roadmaps that are aligned with the broader product strategy of Activate Group.

• Establish and prioritize product requirements based on OEM compliance demands, industry trends, and organizational objectives.

• Foster and sustain relationships with OEM partners, including BMW & MINI UK, McLaren, Volkswagen Group, and Toyota.

• Collect customer feedback and pinpoint opportunities for product enhancement.

• Serve as the customer advocate within the organization.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Activate Group and Avant Consult.

• Work alongside the Head of Product and development teams to convert roadmap priorities into actionable features, user stories, and deliverables.

• Ensure that delivery teams comprehend the rationale behind product decisions.

• Collaborate with QA, UX/UI, and data teams to guarantee that products are of high quality, user-friendly, and measurable.

• Keep track of trends related to automotive, OEM compliance, and total loss.

• Identify and assess opportunities for automation and data-driven product improvements.

• Establish and monitor key product metrics.

• Contribute to the development of best practices in product management processes, tools, and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the automotive, OEM, SaaS, or technology sectors.

• A history of successfully delivering products from inception to market.

• Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement abilities, including managing relationships with major corporate partners.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

• Experience collaborating closely with software development teams in an Agile setting.

• Familiarity with contemporary UX/UI practices.

• Knowledge of or experience in the automotive or OEM industry is a plus but not mandatory.

• Experience with compliance, auditing, or total loss processes is advantageous but not essential.
