Product Manager – Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product features from inception to completion, encompassing discovery, solution design, delivery, launch, and iteration.

• Transform business objectives and product challenges into clearly defined product solutions.

• Outline user flows, states, requirements, constraints, and edge cases.

• Investigate and evaluate alternative solutions based on projected impact, development effort, complexity, and time to market.

• Define targeted MVPs and manage scope while maintaining the capacity to iterate.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, analytics, and fellow Product Managers throughout the development process.

• Consider mobile client and backend technical limitations when crafting solutions.

• Establish success metrics prior to launch and assess feature performance utilizing product data.

• Leverage data, competitor analysis, and product references to inform decision-making.

• Prepare product documentation for development and quality assurance.

• Manage changes, risks, and dependencies throughout the delivery process.

• Proven hands-on experience in product management with mobile products.

• Demonstrated success in steering product features from problem identification to launch and subsequent iterations.

• Capability to work autonomously on open-ended product challenges rather than depending on fully defined requirements.

• Strong product judgment with the ability to make practical trade-offs among value, scope, complexity, and speed.

• Solid understanding of mobile development and client-backend interactions.

• Exceptional analytical skills and comfort with product metrics.

• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Strong skills in product documentation and structured thinking.

• High degree of ownership and independence.

• Proficiency in Russian.

• Intermediate level or higher proficiency in English.

• Experience with coloring/color-by-number, casual, puzzle, creativity/art applications, or similar mobile genres.

• Familiarity with Flutter-based products.

• Background in content-heavy products, live events, or frequent product experimentation.

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies.

• Understanding of retention, engagement, and monetization strategies.

• Familiar with ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases (IAP).

• Technical background or previous experience in development.

• Practical experience with RICE or comparable prioritization frameworks.
