This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +28 more states.
• Establish the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Messaging, Sites, and Media products based on customer requirements and business objectives.
• Convert approved Bets into detailed Jira Epics that include problem statements, quantitative success metrics, guardrail metrics, and essential flows for AI-assisted Story breakdown and engineering transition.
• Manage the Messaging Product Value Stream throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Collect and prioritize product and customer requirements effectively.
• Propel product vision while collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Keep an eye on the competitive Messaging landscape and emerging market trends.
• Spot opportunities to address capability gaps.
• Provide Sales and CX teams with the necessary tools to showcase Messaging, Sites, and Media functionalities.
• Conduct product demonstrations for customers, including beta, MVP, and in-depth sessions.
• Establish goals and monitor quantitative KPIs for each Epic and Bet.
• Track guardrail metrics diligently.
• Facilitate communication among Product, Engineering, Design, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment between Product Value Stream goals and company objectives.
• Report directly to the Director of Product.
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a SaaS or software technology setting.
• Demonstrated success in managing all phases of the software product development lifecycle, from initial discovery to final delivery.
• Proficient in utilizing data analytics tools and quantitative KPIs to assess product performance and inform decision-making.
• Skilled in Jira and Figma.
• Experience in drafting technical documentation, product requirements, user stories, and Jira Epics.
• Previous experience managing communication platforms or messaging tools such as Email, SMS, or Push Notifications is preferred.
• Familiarity with consolidating or unifying disparate software systems or platforms into a cohesive interface is preferred.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted software tools for user story breakdown or requirements gathering is preferred.
• A solid understanding and appreciation for church administration is preferred.
• A stable work environment with a designated workspace and access to high-speed internet is required.
• Must be based in the US and legally authorized to work full time in the country.
