This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of assigned features from inception to launch, which includes drafting requirements, coordinating across various functions, and ensuring timely completion.
• Manage and prioritize the roadmap by identifying opportunities, evaluating trade-offs, and sequencing tasks in alignment with engineering resources.
• Utilize data analysis, A/B testing, and user research to confirm assumptions, reveal insights, and enhance business outcomes.
• Independently conduct queries and analyses whenever feasible.
• Collaborate with teams in engineering, design, data, partnerships, and operations to define solutions, remove obstacles, and implement enhancements.
• Develop or coordinate functional concepts and validate ideas with tangible artifacts prior to committing engineering resources.
• Conduct operations in accordance with lending compliance requirements, addressing claims, disclosures, human review, regulatory risks, and trust risks responsibly.
• Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs, and escalate issues early when necessary.
• Work alongside the current product team to keep roadmaps progressing, eliminate engineering roadblocks, and achieve measurable improvements in funnels.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management focused on web-based consumer Internet products.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Capability to manage features from start to finish and deliver on schedule with minimal ramp-up time.
• Proficient in using data, experience, and product instincts to pinpoint significant focus areas, including conducting independent analyses.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets, SQL, and various analytics tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Strong project management skills and a readiness to take ownership of critical product areas from start to finish.
• Technical skills to collaborate effectively with engineers, evaluate implementation strategies, and assess cost-benefit trade-offs.
• Experience in working collaboratively with other teams to achieve common objectives.
• A tendency towards experimentation and the discipline to abandon ideas when the evidence suggests doing so.
• Experience in fintech, lending, or other regulated consumer products is advantageous.
