πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge AI and machine learning models into localization products.

β€’ Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to create intelligent systems that automate and enhance the creation of high-quality language assets.

β€’ Identify and execute innovative AI-driven solutions to address complex challenges in language asset creation.

β€’ Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to convert AI advancements into scalable, user-focused products.

β€’ Develop strategic roadmaps from product conception through validation, launch, assessment, and iteration.

β€’ Compose strategy memos and presentations aimed at senior executives.

β€’ Lead the incubation and design of new Machine Learning or AI capabilities from concept to production.

β€’ Understand the needs of artists, creators, and content executives and translate these into product roadmaps.

β€’ Articulate product vision and strategy across the organization, including to audiences without technical backgrounds.

β€’ Employ analytical and ML/AI evaluation skills, along with a hypothesis-driven approach, to establish priorities, build business cases, and assess impact.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of product management experience with a demonstrated history of prioritizing and successfully launching impactful products or platforms.

β€’ Intermediate to advanced understanding of Machine Learning techniques and best practices for evaluation.

β€’ Capability to mobilize an entire organization toward a unified goal and foster strong relationships across various functions and geographic locations.

β€’ Previous experience in leading end-to-end products that incorporate Machine Learning and AI-focused solutions, including launching AI-enabled products and refining/customizing underlying models.

β€’ Familiarity with the ML lifecycle, including data collection and labeling as well as model evaluation.

β€’ Practical experience leveraging data to guide priorities and assess impact.

β€’ Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

β€’ Experience in developing products for creative teams, internal partners, or B2B enterprise clients.

β€’ Knowledge of media supply chains, localization, or translation is a bonus.
