This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the product roadmap for a designated geographic area from initial concept to commercial success.
• Collaborate with local commercial teams to develop, launch, and ensure widespread adoption of products.
• Execute the operational plan and meet growth targets.
• Identify the needs of customers and the organization to create customized strategies.
• Work across various business units on go-to-market strategies and guarantee comprehensive execution.
• Provide guidance to client partners on technology-driven solutions.
• Deliver business solutions to major hospital systems, GPO/IDN, and other relevant business clients.
• Offer business solutions to professionals in hospitals and laboratories.
• Assess business opportunities and formulate strategic sales plans for the designated area.
• Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients in the Liquid Product Market.
• Stay informed about competitive products, services, technology solutions, and reimbursement/billing matters in the Liquid Oncology Market.
• Deliver post-sales support and identify further business opportunities.
• Manage assigned company assets effectively.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports, business plans, expense reports, CRM updates, and other administrative documentation.
• Exhibit knowledge of technology solutions and competitive strategies utilizing company resources and training.
• Achieve targets and objectives established by management.
• Provide support for meetings and trade shows.
• Assist physicians with the ordering and interpretation of the Caris Liquid Product Platform.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5–7 years of experience in molecular diagnostics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of oncology therapeutics, surgical oncology interventions, and molecular laboratory science.
• Familiarity with oncology biomarkers and their associated drug responses is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• General understanding of Internet usage for business purposes.
• A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance that meets Caris's standards.
• Willingness to travel regularly, locally or for day trips, to meet clients and potential clients in person.
• Allocate 75% of work time in the field engaging with clients and prospects.
• MBA is preferred.
• 5–7+ years of successful experience in diagnostic sales is preferred.
• Successful completion of all required pre-employment screening and reference checks.
