Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, maintenance, and presentation of procure-to-pay processes, including requisition, purchase order, receipt, and invoice management.

• Comprehend customer requirements and convert business needs into software product capabilities.

• Develop, refine, prioritize, and sustain the product requirements backlog and product roadmaps.

• Formulate business requirements and user stories for product specifications, queries, and architecture.

• Manage the prioritization and trade-offs between customers and development resources.

• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to cultivate analytics and platform information.

• Work with development on UI design/validation, sprint reviews, and User Acceptance Testing.

• Assist in the creation of educational and training materials for cross-functional teams and clients.

• Support sales and service teams as the product subject matter expert.

• Stay informed about current research and best practices in procure-to-pay product management.

• Report directly to the VP of Product Management within the Downstream Source-to-Pay team.

• Collaborate with development, professional services, support, sales, internal cross-functional teams, customers, and business partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a technology company, or significant experience using procure-to-pay tools in a non-Product role.

• Strong analytical skills to dissect and organize complex topics for clarity.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with Agile software development practices.

• Undergraduate degree in a technical or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

• Preferred technical knowledge of coding and IT standards.

• Experience with Jira/Confluence is advantageous.

• Proficiency in JavaScript or PHP is preferred.

• Experience collaborating with international teams is a plus.

• Background in source-to-pay, payment processing, invoicing, contract lifecycle management, catalog management, B2B commerce, sourcing software/services, or ERP platforms is preferred.

• An MBA is preferred.
