This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Take charge of Events & Commerce within the wider In-Person Giving product line.
• Establish the product thesis, identify the target segment, create the roadmap, define the scope, assess risks, and determine success metrics.
• Drive discovery efforts with nonprofit teams, event operators, finance departments, volunteers, attendees, donors, and internal GTM teams.
• Map and confirm end-to-end event workflows through interviews, observations, prototypes, and real-time usage.
• Manage product delivery from the definition of the problem through requirements gathering, launch, and iterative improvements.
• Draft requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, state transitions, and decision documentation.
• Make decisions regarding scope and trade-offs alongside Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, QA, and GTM teams.
• Design solutions for mobile devices, hardware limitations, unreliable connectivity, high-volume moments, and operational recovery.
• Leverage existing infrastructure for payments, campaigns, donors, reporting, CRM, and identity management.
• Implement launches through Early Access Programs (EAPs) and evaluate activation, adoption, event completion, GPV, expansion, pipeline, retention, and operational costs.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success Management (CSM), Support, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure launch readiness.
• Utilize AI for research synthesis, workflow analysis, prototyping, specification quality, data exploration, and automation.
• 4–7 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a software product company.
• Comprehensive ownership of a customer-facing product area in collaboration with Engineering and Design teams.
• Strong judgment in narrowing down a broad problem space to a specific release while articulating trade-offs.
• Proven ability to convert customer insights and product data into informed decisions.
• Excellent written communication skills for requirements, edge cases, metrics, and decision documentation.
• Capability to navigate transactional, multi-actor workflows involving permissions, states, financial transactions, and data relationships.
• High levels of ownership and independence.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Fluent in both Russian and English (C1+).
