This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
β’ Take charge of Events & Commerce within the wider In-Person Giving product line.
β’ Transform customer research, market insights, and business context into a defined product thesis and a structured roadmap.
β’ Select a specific target segment and event scenario.
β’ Determine which capabilities should reside in shared foundations versus those specific to Events.
β’ Identify what to build, integrate, partner on, or exclude from the product offering.
β’ Lead exploratory discussions with nonprofit fundraising teams, event operators, finance teams, volunteers, attendees, donors, design partners, and internal GTM teams.
β’ Outline workflows that encompass the entire event lifecycle, including purchase, donation, check-in, fulfillment, reconciliation, reporting, and follow-up.
β’ Validate decisions through interviews, workflow observations, prototypes, and live product usage feedback.
β’ Manage the product from problem identification through to requirements, delivery, launch, and iteration.
β’ Draft requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, state transitions, and decision records.
β’ Make scope and trade-off decisions alongside Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, QA, and GTM partners.
β’ Design with consideration for staff and volunteer operators, self-service flows, mobile devices, optional hardware, unreliable connectivity, high-volume situations, and operational recovery.
β’ Leverage existing payments, campaign, donor, reporting, CRM, and identity infrastructures.
β’ Launch through Early Access Programs (EAPs) with defined criteria, workflows, success metrics, readiness requirements, and areas excluded from scope.
β’ Assess event configuration, purchasing, check-in, donations, confirmations, and receipts.
β’ Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success Management (CSM), Support, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure launch readiness.
β’ Relate product evidence to activation, adoption, event completion, Gross Payment Volume (GPV), expansion, pipeline, retention, and operational costs.
β’ Transform evidence into recommendations for iteration, expansion, strategic changes, partnerships, or discontinuation.
β’ Utilize AI for research synthesis, workflow analysis, prototyping, specification quality, data exploration, and operational automation.
β’ 4β7 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a software product company.
β’ Comprehensive ownership of a customer-facing product area in collaboration with Engineering and Design.
β’ Strong capacity for narrowing a broad problem space into a focused release while articulating trade-offs.
β’ Proven experience in translating customer insights and product data into actionable decisions.
β’ Excellent written communication skills, particularly in conveying requirements, edge cases, metrics, and decision records.
β’ Ability to manage transactional, multi-actor workflows that involve permissions, states, financial transactions, and data relationships.
β’ High level of ownership and independence in work.
β’ Proficient in written and spoken English.
β’ Strong plus: experience in ticketing, event technology, commerce, Point of Sale (POS), payments, marketplaces, registration, auctions, or other transaction-intensive products.
β’ Strong plus: familiarity with mobile applications, contactless payments, physical devices, or hardware-dependent workflows.
β’ Strong plus: background in B2B SaaS, fundraising, nonprofits, or complex operational customer environments.
β’ Strong plus: experience in launching a new product area through beta testing or Early Access Programs (EAP).
β’ Strong plus: knowledge of CRM integrations, financial reconciliation, reporting, transaction attribution, analytics, or SQL.
β’ Strong plus: practical experience using AI for research, prototyping, analysis, or product operations.
β’ Fluent in both Russian and English (C1+ proficiency).
