This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Take charge of Events & Commerce within the wider In-Person Giving product line.
• Transform customer insights, market data, and business context into a product thesis and structured roadmap.
• Select a specific target segment and event scenario.
• Determine which capabilities should be included in the shared In-Person Giving foundations versus an Events-specific model.
• Lead discovery sessions with nonprofit fundraising teams, event operators, finance departments, volunteers, attendees, donors, design partners, and internal GTM teams.
• Outline comprehensive event workflows that encompass purchasing, donations, check-in, fulfillment, reconciliation, reporting, and follow-up.
• Validate decisions through interviews, workflow observations, prototypes, and live product interactions.
• Manage product delivery from problem identification through requirements gathering, launch, and iterative processes.
• Draft requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, state transitions, and decision records.
• Make decisions regarding scope and trade-offs in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, QA, and GTM partners.
• Design for mobile devices, optional hardware, unreliable connectivity, high-volume scenarios, and operational recovery.
• Leverage existing payments, campaign, donor, reporting, CRM, and identity infrastructures.
• Launch through Early Access Programs (EAPs) with established criteria, workflows, success metrics, and readiness standards.
• Assess activation, adoption, event completion, GPV, expansion, pipeline, retention, and operational costs.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, CSM, Support, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure launch readiness.
• Utilize AI for research synthesis, workflow analysis, prototyping, specification quality, data exploration, and operational automation.
• 4–7 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a software product company.
• Comprehensive ownership of a customer-facing product area alongside Engineering and Design teams.
• Strong ability to distill a large problem space into a focused release and articulate trade-offs effectively.
• Proven experience in converting customer evidence and product data into informed decisions.
• Excellent written communication skills across requirements, edge cases, metrics, and decision records.
• Capability to navigate transactional, multi-actor workflows that involve permissions, states, financial aspects, and data relationships.
• High level of ownership and independence.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Strong advantage: experience in ticketing, event technology, commerce, POS systems, payments, marketplaces, registration, auctions, or transaction-intensive products.
• Strong advantage: background in mobile applications, contactless payments, physical devices, or hardware-enabled workflows.
• Strong advantage: familiarity with B2B SaaS, fundraising, nonprofits, or complex operational customer environments.
• Strong advantage: experience in launching a new product area through beta testing or EAPs.
• Strong advantage: understanding of CRM integrations, financial reconciliation, reporting, transaction attribution, analytics, or SQL.
• Strong advantage: practical application of AI for research, prototyping, analysis, or product operations.
