This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Transform customer insights, market data, and business context into a comprehensive Events & Commerce product strategy and organized roadmap.
• Select a specific target segment and event scenario.
• Determine which features should be included in the shared In-Person Giving foundation versus those specific to Events.
• Decide what Fundraise Up should develop, integrate, collaborate on, or omit.
• Keep track of assumptions, success metrics, scope, risks, and product decisions transparently.
• Collaborate with nonprofit fundraising teams, event organizers, finance departments, volunteers, attendees, donors, design partners, and internal GTM teams.
• Outline thorough workflows for before, during, and after events, covering purchase, donation, check-in, fulfillment, reconciliation, reporting, and follow-up.
• Validate choices via interviews, workflow observations, prototypes, and real product usage.
• Take ownership of the product from defining problems through to requirements, delivery, launch, and iterations.
• Draft requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, state transitions, and decision records.
• Make decisions regarding scope and trade-offs alongside Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, QA, and GTM partners.
• Design for staff and volunteer operators, self-service processes, mobile devices, optional hardware, unreliable connectivity, high-volume situations, and operational recovery.
• Leverage existing payment, campaign, donor, reporting, CRM, and identity infrastructures.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and unresolved decisions early on.
• Launch through EAPs with defined entry criteria, target workflows, success metrics, readiness requirements, and areas excluded from the scope.
• Assess configuration, workflow execution, purchasing, check-in, donations, confirmations, and receipts.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, CSM, Support, Finance, Legal, and Operations on positioning, commitments, enablement, and launch readiness.
• Link evidence to activation, adoption, event completion, GPV, expansion, pipeline, retention, and operational costs.
• Provide recommendations to iterate, expand, change direction, collaborate, or cease initiatives.
• Utilize AI for research synthesis, workflow analysis, prototyping, specification quality, data exploration, and operational automation.
• Quickly produce testable artifacts without outsourcing product judgment.
• 4–7 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a software product company.
• End-to-end ownership of a customer-facing product area, collaborating with Engineering and Design teams.
• Strong ability to distill a complex problem space into a targeted release while articulating trade-offs.
• Experience in transforming customer evidence and product data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent written communication skills for requirements, edge cases, metrics, and decision records.
• Capability to navigate transactional, multi-actor workflows involving permissions, states, financial transactions, and data relationships.
• High level of responsibility and independence.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Russian and English (C1+).
• Familiarity with ticketing, event technology, commerce, POS systems, payments, marketplaces, registration, auctions, or other transaction-intensive products is a significant advantage.
• Experience with mobile applications, contactless payments, physical devices, or hardware-enabled workflows is a strong plus.
• Background in B2B SaaS, fundraising, nonprofits, or complex operational customer environments is a strong plus.
• Experience in launching a new product area through beta testing or EAP is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of CRM integrations, financial reconciliation, reporting, transaction attribution, analytics, or SQL is a strong plus.
• Practical experience using AI for research, prototyping, analysis, or product operations is a strong plus.
