
Product Manager β In-Person Giving

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
β’ Take charge of Events & Commerce within the larger In-Person Giving product line.
β’ Transform customer research, market insights, and business context into a cohesive product thesis and structured roadmap.
β’ Select a specific target segment and event scenario for focus.
β’ Determine which capabilities should reside in shared foundations versus those unique to Events.
β’ Conduct customer discovery through interviews, workflow observations, prototypes, and hands-on product usage.
β’ Outline event workflows including purchase, donation, check-in, fulfillment, reconciliation, reporting, and follow-up processes.
β’ Manage product development from problem identification through requirements gathering, delivery, launch, and iterations.
β’ Draft requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, state transitions, and decision logs.
β’ Make scope and trade-off decisions in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, QA, and GTM partners.
β’ Design solutions for mobile devices, optional hardware, unreliable connectivity, high-volume scenarios, and operational recovery.
β’ Leverage existing payment systems, campaign management, donor relations, reporting, CRM, and identity infrastructure.
β’ Initiate launches through Early Access Programs (EAPs) with established criteria, workflows, metrics, and readiness benchmarks.
β’ Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success Management (CSM), Support, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure launch readiness.
β’ Assess activation, adoption, event completion, Gross Payment Volume (GPV), expansion, pipeline, retention, and operational costs.
β’ Utilize AI for research synthesis, workflow analysis, prototyping, specification quality, data exploration, and automation.
β’ 4β7 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a software product organization.
β’ Comprehensive ownership of a customer-facing product area alongside Engineering and Design teams.
β’ Excellent judgment in narrowing down extensive problem spaces to targeted releases while articulating trade-offs.
β’ Proven experience in converting customer feedback and product data into actionable decisions.
β’ Strong written communication skills for conveying requirements, edge cases, metrics, and decision logs clearly.
β’ Ability to navigate transactional, multi-actor workflows that involve permissions, states, financial transactions, and data relationships.
β’ High level of ownership and independence.
β’ Proficient in written and spoken English.
β’ Fluent in Russian and English (C1+ level).
