Product Manager II – Fraud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for fraud solutions, focusing on the overhaul of fraud and account-takeover case management.

• Lead the comprehensive delivery of fraud features, overseeing the process from discovery and design to implementation and launch.

• Collaborate with the Engineering team to establish technical specifications, APIs, workflows, and operational processes related to fraud and account takeover.

• Work alongside Legal, Fraud Strategy, and Operations teams to ensure that products comply with requirements across various jurisdictions.

• Partner with external vendors to outline the scope of integration, capabilities, and technical specifications.

• Develop systems that support investigations, risk detection, and user protection while reducing friction for legitimate client activities.

• Prioritize initiatives that enhance monitoring coverage, attribution accuracy, alert quality, and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of Product Management experience, ideally in fraud, cryptocurrency, trading platforms, or financial infrastructure.

• In-depth knowledge of fraud processes and underlying infrastructure.

• Experience with institutional trading products or financial market infrastructure.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and external vendors.

• Experience in managing API-based integrations with third-party providers.

• Strong organizational skills and adept at stakeholder management.

• Capability to transform complex technical systems into clear product requirements and roadmaps.

• Familiarity with account takeover issues or identity management practices.

• Understanding of AI-enabled case management automation.

• Experience with legal, compliance, or traditional finance regulations.
