Product Manager II – Fraud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for fraud solutions, which includes overhauling case management for fraud and account takeovers.

• Spearhead the complete delivery of fraud features, from discovery and design to implementation and launch.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering to establish technical specifications, APIs, workflows, and operational processes related to fraud and account takeovers.

• Engage with Legal, Fraud Strategy, and Operations teams to ensure that products comply with requirements across different jurisdictions.

• Work in partnership with external vendors to determine integration scope, capabilities, and technical specifications.

• Develop systems that facilitate investigations, risk detection, and user protection while reducing friction for legitimate customers.

• Prioritize initiatives that enhance monitoring coverage, attribution accuracy, alerting quality, and overall operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of Product Management experience, ideally in fraud, cryptocurrency, trading platforms, or financial infrastructure.

• Solid understanding of fraud processes and related infrastructure.

• Experience with institutional trading products or financial market infrastructure.

• Capability to work collaboratively across functions with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and external vendors.

• Proven experience managing API-based integrations with third-party service providers.

• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in translating complex technical systems into clear product requirements and roadmaps.

• Knowledge of account takeover or identity management practices.

• Familiarity with AI-driven case management automation.

• Background in legal, compliance, or traditional finance regulations.
