This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the DeFi Borrow product area from conception and strategy to execution, launch, and continuous improvement across both web and mobile platforms.

• Lead the long-term roadmap for crypto-backed loans, including borrow processes, loan management, refinancing, and the introduction of new product surfaces.

• Establish OKRs for loan origination, position management, liquidation, and observability workstreams.

• Guide cross-functional teams to achieve product goals effectively.

• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver robust and scalable borrowing experiences throughout loan workflows, state tracking, and liquidation oversight.

• Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to fulfill regulatory and control requirements.

• Develop launch runbooks, ensure on-call readiness, implement degraded-UI strategies, and create incident playbooks to enhance reliability during market fluctuations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience delivering consumer or prosumer financial products at scale.

• Experience with at least one lending, credit, or collateralized product (e.g., margin, secured loans, DeFi borrowing).

• Capability to define and lead multi-quarter strategies, turning them into actionable roadmaps and experiments, while achieving measurable results regarding growth and portfolio health goals.

• Understanding of on-chain concepts, smart contracts, and DeFi lending protocols (e.g., Morpho, Aave, Compound).

• A proven history of employing quantitative analysis (funnels, cohort behavior, risk/return tradeoffs) to guide product decisions.

• Skill in simplifying intricate financial concepts into clear and reliable consumer experiences.

• Responsible application of generative AI with appropriate human oversight.
