Product Manager II – Data Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Deliver essential functionalities for Trellix’s Data Loss Prevention offerings across Endpoint, Network, and Discovery.

• Provide specialized product support for Data Encryption solutions.

• Convert product strategy, customer feedback, competitive insights, and operational input into epics, feature requirements, and user stories.

• Draft comprehensive user stories, establish acceptance criteria, and maintain a well-prioritized backlog.

• Decompose intricate security workflows into actionable product requirements.

• Propel feature implementation through grooming, sprints, release planning, acceptance validation, and readiness for release.

• Address technical trade-offs, prioritize customer requests, and pinpoint functional dependencies.

• Support customer feedback and oversee beta testing initiatives.

• Assess customer escalations, feature requests, and usability improvements based on business, customer tier, and financial impact.

• Stay informed about the competitive data security landscape and recognize market differentiators.

• Take ownership of feature delivery for endpoint, discovery, and network DLP.

• Assist with Drive Encryption, File/Folder encryption, and native management initiatives.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Program Management on launch readiness and go-to-market strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Practical experience with Data Loss Prevention, Full Disk/File Encryption technologies, or cybersecurity products.

• Demonstrated experience in crafting high-quality user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs (preferred).

• Strong history of collaborating with software engineering and UX teams to develop technical enterprise software.

• Capability to analyze various data sources, independently tackle complex technical issues, and function with minimal supervision.

• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.

• Experience in building cross-functional relationships.

• Knowledge of AI-driven tools and workflows to boost productivity and automate tasks.
