This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Application Lifecycle Management sector, focusing on customer needs, industry developments, competitive landscape, and new opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, prospects, and partners to ensure the customer’s voice is integral to product decisions.
• Convert customer and market insights into product strategy, roadmap suggestions, and inputs for quarterly planning.
• Establish customer outcomes and success metrics to guide investment priorities within the Application Lifecycle Management portfolio.
• Assess opportunities based on customer impact, business value, strategic alignment, and market potential.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams within Recast’s Product Trio framework to achieve measurable customer outcomes and business success.
• Work alongside Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams on product strategy, positioning, go-to-market initiatives, and customer outcomes.
• Utilize customer feedback and usage insights to enhance customer value realization.
• Regularly engage with customers and prospects to understand challenges, confirm opportunities, and identify trends that affect product strategy.
• Act as the primary liaison between the North American market and the product team.
• Manage capabilities from discovery through delivery and measurement comprehensively.
• Leverage AI tools to expedite research, synthesis, documentation, analysis, and planning.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, or a related field influencing product direction and customer outcomes.
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise software customers, which includes gathering feedback, validating requirements, or facilitating product adoption and growth.
• Demonstrated ability to use customer, business, and market data to influence prioritization, roadmap decisions, or product strategy.
• A strong passion for understanding customers, identifying unmet needs, and translating insights into product direction.
• Capacity to swiftly gain expertise in new technical areas and become a trusted advisor for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting customer discovery interviews, engaging in customer advisory programs, or establishing structured voice-of-customer initiatives.
• Familiarity with endpoint management, application management, enterprise IT operations, device management, security, or related technology sectors.
• A keen interest in product-market fit, customer value realization, and quantifiable business results.
