This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Become part of a distributed team that supports the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) federal agency.
• Enhance and sustain software that underpins the Hospital Quality Reporting program.
• Modernize systems to alleviate provider burdens and decrease costs for CMS.
• Utilize human-centered design, service design, product thinking, and proficient engineering practices.
• Convert user and business requirements into features for digital products.
• Define, document, and verify requirements, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done.
• Prioritize tasks with a focus on user-centric methodologies.
• Foster trust and propel progress among diverse stakeholders within complex organizations.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and creative stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor peers on agile frameworks and principles.
• Influence and lead agile teams through trust and collaboration rather than authority.
• Champion user advocacy from ideation to delivery.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Product Manager developing digital products in a cross-functional agile environment.
• Expert understanding of agile frameworks and principles, with the ability to coach and mentor colleagues.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the requirements management cycle.
• Proficiency in defining, documenting, and verifying requirements, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done.
• Strong relationship-building abilities in large, intricate stakeholder settings.
• Outstanding communication skills across business, technical, and creative teams.
• Demonstrated capability to drive progress in uncertain environments.
• Experience in client-facing consulting or contracting roles.
• Background in releasing products within a SaaS framework.
• Previous experience in professional services, government, or federal consulting.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder; Bellese does not provide sponsorship.
• US residency for a minimum of the past 3 years.
• Eligible to fulfill the requirements for holding a position of Public Trust, which includes passing a US Government background investigation.
• Formal training in agile delivery frameworks, including SAFe (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience working on a remote team (preferred).
• Experience in a rapidly growing small business or startup setting (preferred).
• Familiarity with developing digital healthcare technology products and services (preferred).
• Experience in the public sector or a highly regulated industry (preferred).
• Understanding of accessibility requirements (preferred).
• Background in claims processing (preferred).
• Healthcare experience in population health or payor roles (preferred).
