Product Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a new or ongoing software project aimed at enhancing communication among internal teams and optimizing internal business operations.

• Formulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Direct discovery sessions with business leaders, users, designers, and technical team members.

• Develop effective solutions that deliver measurable value to the company and its end users.

• Guide cross-functional teams to bring product concepts to fruition and launch them in the market.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on impact objectives, comprehend business goals and processes, and manage expectations.

• Deliver high-quality work with a strong sense of urgency.

• Adapt swiftly to evolving market and business conditions in partnership with stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership.

• Utilize approved AI tools efficiently and responsibly to enhance the quality and efficiency of product management.

• Identify, define, and design AI-enhanced product features in collaboration with design and engineering partners.

• Assist the Production Support team by analyzing escalated issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 3+ years of experience in product management, particularly with internal/enterprise applications.

• Familiarity with contemporary product discovery and product delivery techniques and methodologies.

• Experience utilizing AI tools for research, analysis, discovery, requirements development, documentation, and communication.

• Capability to use AI tools effectively and responsibly in daily product management tasks.

• Experience in defining or designing AI-enabled product features is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Ability to engage constructively and collaboratively with engineers, designers, and company executives.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

• Proactive and responsive attitude.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across functions and disciplines.
