Product Manager – iGaming Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and prioritize the backlog for essential platform and compliance-related features.

• Assess and convert regulatory requirements into detailed product and technical specifications.

• Work collaboratively with Legal and Compliance teams to define, document, and prioritize necessary changes.

• Spearhead the implementation of regulation-driven initiatives across various jurisdictions.

• Assist in enhancing core platform functionalities.

• Relay updates regarding regulations and products to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Engage in new market launch initiatives, ensuring compliance readiness from initial discovery to the go-live phase, while coordinating with all relevant stakeholders.

• Regularly monitor and revise existing markets in response to regulatory updates, adjusting product features or workflows to maintain compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager in regulated iGaming sectors.

• Background working with B2B platforms or B2C operators.

• Strong technical acumen.

• Exceptional skills in documentation, stakeholder management, and communication.

• Knowledge of key gaming jurisdictions, including but not limited to the Netherlands, Ontario, and Sweden.
