📋 Description

• Establish the vision and steer the roadmap for enabling access to a Stripe account for every principal—be it human, agent, or application.

• Engage directly with founders, administrators, and developers utilizing Stripe.

• Craft the experience for granting access throughout the processes of signup, teammate invitations, API keys, agent authorization, and third-party app authorization.

• Define the parameters for agent authentication, permissions, governance, approvals, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.

• Develop custom roles, intelligent permission defaults, and usage-based recommendations that align with the principle of least privilege.

• Implement secretless authentication via Workload Identity Federation as the default for developer integrations.

• Collaborate with Dashboard, API Platform, Security, Payments, and Money Movement teams.

• Conduct experiments, monitor real usage, deliver solutions, learn from outcomes, and iterate on improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in shipping platform or infrastructure products that serve as a foundation for other teams.

• A background in security, identity, authentication, or developer platforms, or a strong curiosity about these areas.

• A consistent practice of engaging with users to uncover the actual problems rather than just the reported ones.

• Technical proficiency to engage deeply with engineers on the design of authorization and authentication.

• A preference for experimentation rather than large-scale launches.

• Ability to provide direction in a rapidly evolving space while collaborating with teams that are not directly managed.
